Called Francis out to take a look at my boiler, thinking it just needed a service.
Turns out there was a blockage which although it took a while to find, Francis worked meticulously and thouroghly until the job was completed.
He was plesant throughout and although he was on site over his lunch, he refused to take a break until the matter was fixed.
Post repair he gave a full breakdown of what had caused the problem , ensuring I noted it down for future reference and also explained the way th system was set-up.
All told an excellant job with superb customer service, an increasinglly rare , but much appreciated added extra !!
Francis is top rate. Helpful, fast and his work is brilliant. Terrific guy to deal with, does what he says he will do.
